When returning, please note the following:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging. The shoe box may not be used as a shipping box, so put a bag around it.
- The item must be unworn and returned in the exact same condition as it was delivered. If the item is damaged and not reported or not returned in its original condition as when received, only part of the purchase price can be refunded. Also if the item is returned later than 14 days, only part of the purchase price can be refunded.
- After receipt, the article will be checked. If the return is approved, your purchase amount will be refunded via the same method of payment as when purchasing. This process can take up to 14 days.
