Please note the following when returning:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging. The shoe box may not be used as a shipping box, so put a bag around it.
- The item must be unworn and returned in exactly the same condition as it was delivered. When the item is damaged and not reported or is not returned in the original condition as when received, only part of the purchase price can be refunded. Even if the item is returned later than 30 days, only part of the purchase amount can be refunded.
- After receipt, the item will be checked. Upon approval of the return, your purchase amount will be refunded via the same method of payment as with the purchase. This process can take up to 14 days.
